To Bistro or Not to Bistro

Ideas for a restaurant to be

Is now beginning to form an idea. What if I, a 19 year old, opened a restaurant. Now I’m not talking anything fancy, but a basic bistro/casual dining restaurant. And I know this is a big thing to take on. And I realize the amount of time and risk in it. But the idea is so appealing. 

And really what’s stopping me.
