Back to thinking about this. Going to start working on it some more. Thinking full service maybe instead of bistro….thoughts?
I am still stuck on this, I just have been very pregnant with my twins and have not had time to do much work on the idea. Thanks for the support and I’ll move forward soon.
Fuck you. You’re difficult and hard to figure out. I don’t know what kind of money I’m going to need for expenses. I know what I can predict from reading but I have no idea if that’s accurate.
Anyone have any advice or helpful numbers?
So space wise I’m trying to figure out how much I’ll need. I’m thinking a small place is all I want to start with, can always expand, but I don’t really know what would be considered small for a restaurant.
Is now beginning to form an idea. What if I, a 19 year old, opened a restaurant. Now I’m not talking anything fancy, but a basic bistro/casual dining restaurant. And I know this is a big thing to take on. And I realize the amount of time and risk in it. But the idea is so appealing.
And really what’s stopping me.
